Allsop Home & Garden- Terms, Conditions & Warranty Policies
Warranty Policy- All products from Allsop Home & Garden are covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturers defects only. Proof of purchase is necessary for warranty redemption.
Terms of sale- All sales from Allsop Home & Garden are final, we do not offer guaranteed sales. Product may be returned if covered under warranty for manufacturers defect only (see warranty policy above).
Sales & Promotions- Special prices are limited to duration of sale only and orders must be placed during time of sale to receive sale pricing.
Returns- To process a warranty claim, the product must be returned to our warehouse for review. Shipping costs on returned product must be paid in advance by the customer. Once the product is deemed defective, credits will be issued. If a product is not defective and is fully functioning, the product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Pricing- Pricing is posted seasonally (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) and will be published quarterly in our wholesale price list. Pricing on occasion is subject to change without notification. All products are sold in master carton quantities per product. Master carton quantities may not be broken.
Minimum Opening Order- We do not force customers to adhere to an opening dollar minimum and try hard to work with smaller customers wanting to get started with Allsop Home & Garden product. In an effort to accommodate new customers, we only ask that an opening order consist of one master carton of any product.
Online Sales:- Selling Allsop Home & Garden product online or via third party online resellers is prohibited without prior approval from your Allsop Home & Garden account representative. Selling online without prior authorization may warrant termination of business with Allsop Home & Garden.
